for safe no-hassle land purchases

From time to time we offer our buyers limited Principal-Matching invoices. When a buyer uses one of these to make extra principal payments we match the extra amount dollar for dollar up to a fixed amount. This allows us to generate cash for new wholesale purchases without selling our buyers short.

Property values in Arkansas typically increase at a rate of 10% per year. In some areas, such as Jackson County, Lonoke County, Pulaski County and others, appraisals have doubled in the last five years and are continuing to increase at an accelerated pace. Buyers who take advantage of our principal-matching invoices enjoy the same purchasing advantages as wealthy wholesale purchasers. This allows our buyers to profit much sooner than they could by only making minimum payments.

We never sell our contracts to underwriters who typically pay about sixty cents on the dollar. Sellers who use underwriters put their buyers at risk. Underwriters can and do damage the credit rating of buyers who default. Underwriters seldom offer pre-payment incentives. Since we don't use underwriters we only help our buyer's credit ratings. We never report defaults and we try to protect any defaulting buyer so that they may use their built-up equity for a future purchase from us.
